Clinical Example: Arteriogram of incomplete palmar arch and ulnar artery aneurysm

Arteriogram demonstrating both an incomplete palmar arch and an abnormality of the ulnar artery distal to the hook of the hamate. The patient had embolic ischemic problems and underwent excision and repair. Read by the radiologist as fibromuscular hyperplasia, by the pathologist as aneurysm.
